RECIPES Snowball Olives *A
Great Holiday Appetizer* Jumbo Green
Olives with Red Pimentos, drained well (keep in mind 20 will
make 40 halves) 16 oz.soften
Cream Cheese 6-8 oz. of
chopped fine Pecan, Walnuts or any other dark in color Nut
(KOLA NUT ha ha) Roll each olive
up with Cream Cheese (looks like a little snowball) Refrigerate at
least an hour or up to 3 days till party or gathering Put Snowballs in
a Big Baggie with fine chopped nuts - Shake It till Olives are
covered...back to Refrigerator until ready to serve. Slice each Olive
in Half and Serve on a Platter The Idea is
Brown on the Outside, Then the White, Then the Green and then
The Red Middle Very Pretty and
Well Liked I warn you.
usually People who are Olive/Kola-Nuts (hehe) eat more than 4
