Dessert:

Mini Cheese Cakes

12 vanilla wawfers
1 tbsp. vanilla
Cherry Pie Filling
2 - 8 oz. pkgs. cream cheese, softened
2 eggs
1/2 cup sugar

Line muffin tin with foil liners.  Put a wafer in each liner.  Mix cream cheese, sugar vanilla, Add eggs.  Fill cups 3/4 full.  Bake at 325 degrees for 25 minutes.  Cool, add cherry pie filing.

Another easy dessert receipe and makes a light dessert.  Very easy too!
